Booking for our 2026 fairs has now opened. As at early January, many of this year’s fairs are fully booked inside. If your chosen fairs are already full, you will be added to a waiting list for that fair. There is no charge for being on our waiting list.
Please read the terms and conditions before submitting your form. If you are unable to complete the form, please contact the organiser. A copy of your current Public Liability Insurance certificate is required with your application.
The cost of a stall per fair is £30 (table provided) or £27 (bringing own table). Outside pitches (if available) are £20 per pitch. A deposit of £10 per fair is required. Note that bookings for the next fair must pay the full fee. For all other fairs, you must pay the deposit as a minimum, with the balance due 1 month before the relevant fair. Payment is by Bank Transfer – details of how to pay will be provided separately by the organiser.
To ensure a variety of crafters at each of our fairs, you may not necessarily get all the slots that you request. As stalls go quickly (particularly for the last months of the year), you are advised to request all the months you would like to attend.
A copy of your request is automatically emailed to you on submission. Please ensure that you have correctly completed all fields, especially your email address, before submission.
